James leads architectural direction for every community, translating terrain surveys into site plans that protect sightlines to the peak and work with the mountain's natural grading rather than against it.

Matt oversees construction sequencing and general contractor relationships across every active site, keeping delivery aligned with the resort's own operating calendar instead of fighting it.

Ally coordinates day-to-day execution across active developments — timelines, permitting, and vendor coordination from groundbreaking through delivery — keeping every project on the page in sync with what's happening on site.
