Three communities currently moving through entitlement, construction, and design — each sited around the terrain rather than against it.
Rendering
24 low-density homesites along the eastern ridge, sited for direct lift access and protected treeline setbacks. Designed as the turnkey entry point into the community — fully finished homes, no build-out required.
Phase 1 — Delivered
The mixed-use village core — retail ground floor, residences above, and a dedicated employee housing block built in partnership with the resort operator. Phase 1 residences are delivered and occupied; Phase 2's retail and housing block is in active construction.
Under Construction
12 timber-frame cabins along a groomed backcountry corridor — the most remote and fully custom offering in the portfolio, designed for off-grid capability without sacrificing finish quality. First cabin now framing.
Concept Rendering
An early architectural concept for a full-service, ski-in/ski-out hotel anchoring a future phase of the portfolio. Site selection and resort partnership terms are still in progress — this is direction, not a committed project yet.
Renderings and site photography above are updated as each project moves — Phase 1 delivery photos and construction progress shots replace early concept renderings as work completes. The Slope-Side Hotel is an early concept only; no site or timeline has been committed.
